Azmat Ali Paper and Board Mill Private Limited, a concern of A Ali Group, is a kraft paper, liner paper, and medium paper manufacturer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, supplying box plants nationwide that can't afford a weak flute. Consistent GSM, consistent burst strength, every shift.
Each grade is milled to a specific job in the box — outer strength, inner cushioning, or the base sheet itself.
GRADE 01
Base kraft sheet for outer facing and general packaging use. Milled for consistent strength and finish.
GRADE 02
Facing ply bonded to the fluting medium on both sides of the board, giving the carton its outer strength.
GRADE 03
The fluted middle layer that gives corrugated board its stacking and cushioning strength.

Virgin kraft pulp and recovered fiber are sorted and pulped separately by grade.
Fiber is formed, pressed, and dried into parent reels at target GSM.
Medium is steamed and fluted, then bonded between liner plies.
Burst, edge crush, and moisture are sampled against the batch spec.
Reels are slit to order width or converted to sheet, then palletized.
Production capacity: 120 tons per day. Grade figures below are placeholders — swap in your mill's actual tested values before publishing.
